With a journey beginning in Washington coaching women's college soccer team, Joe developed a passion for team-building while developing leadership skills that enabled him to serve as Head Coach for the Women's Soccer Team at Bates College! During his journey coaching across 4 different states, Joe also developed a deep interest in real estate and home renovations, resonating with family members here in FL & OH!
